I know how difficult it can be to get into the habit of regular strength training. Despite being a qualified PT, it’s taken me until the last year to really make it a regular part of my life. But now I go to circuit training classes every week and, if I can’t make it, I’ll workout at home.

Circuit training is a quick and straightforward way of setting yourself a strength workout. You choose some exercises, set a timer and get to work. Mixing up the exercises will give you some variety and hopefully make it more enjoyable. So I’m going to show you how to create your at home own using exercises you feel confident doing and with the equipment that you have. Because I know how good intentions to follow a workout you found online can melt away as soon as it mentions a piece of equipment you don’t own or an exercise you really don’t like.

Remember, the most effective workout is the one you actually do.
